I have been a Leading Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years, as well as a well-known Motivational Speaker on many Health-related topics. I provide an energetic, inspirational and enthusiastic perspective to the Session. I am warm, inviting, non-judgmental, open-minded, and extremely easy to talk to.
