My two years old pull my hair?

My hubby n i r full time parents. We give undivided attention to our two years old baby girl. Taking care of her like a princess. She z very sensitive n bright child. Problem is to show her love she hits me,scratches or pull my hair,especially when i try to put her to bed .The more i cuddle or talk to her in a calm sweet tone she even tortures more. How do i handle it. I end up shouting or at tymes slapping her,cuz i really loose patience,n get very depresssed Plz help me out of this situation.
