Does Lori Loughlin even have the option not to go to jail at this point?

If she somehow pulled out the ability to win the cases against her, wouldn't it be dangerous for the psyches of everyone would thought she should go to jail?

Faking photos of her daughters rowing, brazen court appearances and signing autographs, tax fraud with writing off donations to a fake charity, bribery, audio admission of knowledge...I mean the list goes on and on. Allowing her to win at this point I feel would make people go insane! It would show absolute power, entitlement rewarded, and more.

It just can't happen, can it?
