what should i do! beat his ass or just do nothing

Me and a friend stole my dad's car drove to the mall. Then we was driving and wrecked the car. He got the ticket and we both didn't have license. now are parents insurance company is battling it out. A month later he saw me driving the car he message me on myspace about it and i lied a little bragged saying my parents don't care and shit. now he gives it to his parents insurance company trying to say oh look at this and stuff. hes not going to get out of any more trouble he just mad i didn't get caught and not in trouble. Ya he lost his license to he 21 but why try to get me to lose them too.
