I think she gave me an STD. How do I ask her without her getting offended?

Well, my girlfriend has had more sex than me that much is for sure and I know I've never been with anyone else with any diseases. It's only herpes but still.

I need a good way to break it to her or work it into conversation so she doesn't think I'm busting it on her. Any ideas?
