Is it wrong of me to ask my husband to lift and lower the toilet seat after he uses it??

My husband does not lift the toilet seat up and put it back down after using it. Instead, he urinates over it...sometimes hitting the toilet seat!!! I have constantly asked him to lift the toilet seat and placing it back down after every use...still doesn't do it! Am I wrong? Should I clean after him like a lil' boy??!
