is it wrong to talk to people you might still have feelings for and you use to be with?

things between my husband and i have been bad lately and well this old guy of mine imed me and i really didn't bring up my husband at first and was really happy that he remembered me and wanted to talk to me i know what i did is wrong but it felt good since things have been so rocky
