Do I have to allow him to play video games even though i feel they make our marriage worst?

My husband claims that our life is boring and he finds fun in playing video games. He knows that I hate when he waste time on things like video games. I have been really stressed out and i ask him to help do things around the house and when i get home from school he has not done them and he spent the whole time trying to figure out his games. he even put our 1 yr old to bad at 630 just to play games. I hate these video games and whenever he plays them i hate him. am i suppose to let him play or put my foot down and tell him he is ruining our marriage!!!
