What is the best gift you can give a girl for Valentine's Day?

I'm not talking about dinner, roses, or jewelry. I want to be inventive or at least find someone with a great idea to give me. I'd like to take a weekend trip but to where? Or would making her something be better? I don't know. I just don't want to be the ordinary guy this time.
