My husband needs to choose his brother or me. I'm done!

I have the worst brother in law anyone could imagine. I have been married for 7 years and all my husband and I seem to fight over is him. He meddles in our business. He sends my husband texts and pix of girls. He is such a loser. He is 33 his mom pays his rent, he doesn't work because he doesn't want to pay his child support. He is very immature and my husband always sticks up for him. I can't say anything bad about him and yet he bad talks me all the time. My husband never sticks up for me and always takes his side. I have had it!
