Wife Always Mad For No Reason

It seems that nothing I do makes my wife happy - I work 6, sometimes 7 days a week, while she works 2, then whenever I am home I am always in trouble for not pulling my weight around the house or being unclean. I don't get it the house is spotless, but I get asked 20 times a day if I have washed my hands, and she is always on at me about not doing enough around the house. Even when I go to the gym I get in trouble as she says I could be using that time to clean up. I don't know what more I can do, but love her a lot!
