Am I Asking To Much

my boyfriend claims he is busy at work so i see him once a week now before i saw him everday, i feel as if hes stepping back in this relationship he wont move in with me and he wont sleep over on work nights we have been together 3 years i want more of a commitment not less am i right to feel that way we dont do anything anymore just watch tv and thats it he dosent wat to talk to me either i think he is cheating on me he says hes not but why else would a person act like that
