Wedding Reception Dilemma

What I am trying to say is that at the beginning of our reception I would like our guests to have open bar for the first two hours of the reception or until our $2500 budget is spent. After that it will go to cash bar for the remainder of the night! This way people will be able to enjoy whatever kind of drink they want until our budget is exhausted or the time limit has expired! I don’t want my friends and family to be limited to only beer and wine!
