I've lost close to $10,000 in the past 2 years. I make $96,000 a year. It's just a hobby of mine and I get a huge rush out of it. It's almost as good as sex.

Now, if you take her spending habits, she shops like the usual woman likes to shop. If I add up what she spends on eating out and clothes, it trumps my betting big time!

I put the money aside that I gamble with each year and if I lose it all, I don't gamble any more for the year. It's that simple.

The bookie is cool with me. I always pay up.
