You Know It's Coming Why Aren't You Prepared?

What if it was meant to be special? I took you to a $200 dinner the first year we dated and a trip to Chicago the second one together.

Maybe I just want to stay in and be with you.
Maybe the one was going to be special.
Maybe there is a reason why I chose to stay in other than being content.
Maybe I had a plan.
Maybe there was a ring involved.
Maybe that ring was going to be hidden for you to find.

You want answers before it actually happens. Why didn't you wait until after the 14th then you might not have posted at all. Now, IF I was going to do anything special Sunday night, I can't because now you know. Guess you'll just have to wait another year :)

Or maybe I just did want to stay home. I'm not going to say you were getting a ring. But I definitely want you to think that you were since movies and pizza with me doesn't sound good enough for you.
