Should A Gf Be Allowed To Pick At Their Bf?

So, I really like to pick things. Ever since I was young, I would pick at pimples or clear my pores whenever I could. My boyfriend has the unlucky gift of having large pores and a tendency to have whiteheads that I find irresistible. I try to be gentle because I know that it is not pleasant.

Because this is a fairly one-sided activity, we have come up with a deal that if I give him oral then I can pick things for the subsequent 2 days. Even though we have this arrangement, my boyfriend makes me feel mean for doing so and makes theatrical movements as if he is in enormous pain, which is simply not true. If we have come to this arrangement, with the occasional individual digression, should I be made to feel that it is a mean and unreasonable activity?
