No One Wants To Make The Move!

I am tied to the city I currently live in [born and bred] only because of my job. To find another well paying job that I can support my fiance' and son as well as to build a career on is difficult.
I strongly believe that family comes first and I am currently searching for that job that will allow me to make the move.
I really hate missing out on my son and future wife, however, I do feel that my fiance's strong family ties is unfair on me and preventing her from starting a new family with me. This was also one of the reasons that stood in the way when we did live in the same city for approximately 5-6 months until I was forced to move back to my home so as to not lose my job.
I do not like pointing fingers, but this is an "argument". I feel the best compromise is for us both to make moves, ie. she moves to my city temporarily until we can move back to her home city. That way we can always be together.
