Girl Hanging With The Ex

First of all, let start by saying Lee broke up with me 9 months ago for absolutly no reason! We dated for a year, then he broke up with me on a drunken vacation with his guy friends. Lee completely broke my heart, I was humilated and devastated. IT WAS ONE OF THE HARDEST TIMES OF MY LIFE!!

My best friend Nikki was the only friend I had when Lee broke up with me, she was there for me everyday, I probably couldnt have survived the break up without her. I seriously love Nikki more then I could ever love Lee.

So randomly 10 months later Lee says he made a mistake and wants me back, so I gave him another chance and we are both very happy again. Well here is the point of this story, My best friend Nikki's boyfriend (Zeb) who is also a very good friend of mine is having his birthday party at a hotel I work at and I promised them I would go almost a month ago. Yes my ex boyfriend Ryan is a good friend of Zebs but he will not be there, I know that for sure!! (He doesnt believe me though) Lee asked me to go to this family event with him long after I kept my promise to Nikki and Zeb, yes I would love to go but I dont like to break plans! Especially for a guy that broke my heart, I'm not going to drop everything for him after what he put me through, and I would never chose him over Nikki who was been there for me and who I've known longer, Lee may want me back, but Nikki would have never broken my heart!!!!
