About Me

I am a fully licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years counseling adults, children, and families. I have extensive experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and familial issues including domestic violence and abused children. I am a firm believer in family and being able to work through problems of anxiety, depression, and many other issues through relaxation and psychotherapy.

I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a M.S. degree in Psychology and Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, a Master of Education from National University in La Jolla, CA, and a bachelor's degree in theatre from San Diego State University in San Diego, CA. I currently live and work in Northwest Florida where we have the "world's most beautiful beaches." I have 15 years experience in counseling working with adults, children, and families concerning issues of adjustment, ADHD, anxiety, depression, abusive relationships, self-esteem, and much more.
