10 years of experience in a federal funded agency coaching/training/advocating and defining time sensitive goals and objectives with a wide variety of people and within many areas that need empowering (from basic needs to higher education and employment, parenting to community organization). 10 years working for a county mental health agency that required stringent treatment plans with accountability. Extensive trainings/workshops and CEU in short term solution focussed approaches toward motivation to change.
10 years working privately with individuals, couples and families ... toward empowerment in diverse areas of need.
