I am laid back, very down to earth, easy going, and have a great sense of humor. I am a Christian who relates well to everyone regardless of spiritual beliefs. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, adolescents, couples and families. I specialize in trauma, LGBTQ issues, stress management, self esteem. abuse, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, ADHD, anger issues, Lyme Disease, PANDAS, PTSD, and more.
My approach is to be supportive, encouraging, and non judgmental. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to be with you in that place and be sensitive to your needs and struggles. Together we will look at the obstacles you are facing, and work at breaking them down.
