I am afraid to get a new job. They don't work out! I really like to work but no one wants to keep me.

I have lost all self confidence in myself. The longest I held on to a job has been 2 years. I am 49! I have been up all night worrying about this. I try to do my best. I am good at what I do. I have the work to prove it. Maybe I am not as good as I think. I have also been told I am very sensitive. Maybe that's why the jobs don't work. I don't know. I have a BA degree. Yet I can't keep a job. What is problem?
