Do I take a job that removes me from my two boy's lives 16 & 9yrs old

Ugly divorce, 4 kids, two in college, two at home, BROKE- boys 9 & 16. Live 6 miles away have stayed very active in their lives. Problem -unemployed now going on 1 yr. Horrible pressure from X for support money - She works. I can take a job that takes me out of town 3-4 weeks at a time, back for 3-4 day after which; solves the money issue. 16 yr old already going down the wrong path - worried about the 9yr old. I am aging and opportunities for me are becoming limited . Do I hold out for the ideal job or abandon the kids to the mother?
