I work part time. My husband tells me that I need to work full time is that fair?

I work part time do all the house cleaning laundry taking the kids to sports ect. He tells me that I should be working full time. I did work 32 hours last year till I was laid off from my second job. He still was not happy. I can't seem to make him happy.
