Should my man friend be able to be able to feel my privates anytime he wants? Hes 67 I am 71. He says its love

He also wants sex twice a day for up to two hours at a time. He thinks I am controling if I complain. He says if two people love each other they should be able to feel private parts all the time. I disagree. I know this sounds strange at our age but we have only been together for a couple months and I think he has a sex addiction.
