Im stuck and i dont know what to do about it?

i was in a recent relationship with this guy and honestly i was head over heels for him... i just want to be over him i think about him everyday things still remind me of him and i feel like crying still like it happen yesturday its been about 8 months we havent been together... i feel like im not ready to jump in with anyone either.. i just want to get him out of my head and move on but it i cant.. HELP ME GET PAST THIS PLEASE
