Should break up with him and do this on my own?

My fiancee moved about a month ago to go to school in Wyoming. His daughter and I remained in Utah against my will. I am pregnant with his child and have been diagnosed with preeclampsia ( a life threatening illness). He is refusing to get a job or do anything else to ensure that we can move there with him. Kinda confused...is this love???
