Am I over reacting to Daughters Choices?

My only daughter is getting married. The guy she is marring does everything the cheapest way possible. They are planning an afternoon reception that will be a BYOB. I am just mortified. Have offered to match what they planned on spending so that she could have something nicer, but was told thanks but no thanks. She is wearing a gown that we paid for from a previous engagement that didn't work out) But, she went and got the bridesmaids dresses and the reception site all without any input. She seems to want to do this all on her own, my feelings are very hurt and I'm insulted that she turned down our offer of a gift to make her reception a little more special. Should I be? or should I just turn the other cheek?
