Should my husband be the one to put our clothes away or at least his?

I stay at home during the day while my husband goes to work. I do the house work. I cook and clean, I also home school our 5 YO. I'm also in school. I do laundry 2x a week. So hubby and I agreed that it would be helpful to me ( since I already have so much to do and so little time ) if I wash the laundry and fold it , and he would put his clothes away.

My argument is ... he willingly agreed to this, he said it was a great idea even. But now he refuses to do it. I think we made an agreement and he should stick to it. What do you think?
