Wants to divorce to re-marry...post-nups not valid - What say ye?

Long story short - marriage is ending due to infidelity and trust issues. Wife files for divorce because he's unwilling to admit to the evidence that disproves his neglect. She is willing to continue counseling however, he wants a divorce no matter what to get re-married with a pre-nup this time. He says his lawyer says post-nups aren't valid. Wife doesn't believe people get divorced to re-marry and especially to encourage a decision based on financials. If she divorces - she's still getting half. All in all, looks as if he doesn't really care about the success of that 2nd marriage for him anyway.
