is it fair for my girlfriend to take two weeks to think about things?

heres the thing, my girlfriend and i have been going out for almost a year. we have been happy, not really much to complain about. she has a lot of problems grinning with the fact that she cant find a job and still has to live at home. anyway out of nowhere she tells me that are relationship is too perfect, that i dont stay mad at her enough. I understand where shes coming from, that can be frustrating, but she came up to suprise me last tuesday and it just doesnt make sense. A lot of mixed signals have been going on. Now she wants to not speak to me for two weeks to figure things out. Do you think thats fair? Do you think she will leave me? I'm very angry and upset at the moment
