Anyone at home wifes n moms have a hemophilia child finding it hard to find work outside of the home?

Im at stay home mom with a child whom has hemophilia a and adhd I work from home because noone will hiring me because im not relabie enough because I have hard time finding a babysitter. Any ideas on what to do
