I've asked my husband for a divorce and he refuses to accept it, says that he can change how do I move on?

He does not get along with my kids, is very mean to them. He refuses to kiss me, have oral sex with me, only uses me for his pleasure. Will not change anything that I have asked him to in the past. I have fallen out of love with him. How do I get him to see all of this?
