Does everyone agree with the government task force recommendations for reduced mammogram and pap testing?

I really can't believe that the government task force is recommending pap smears for girls 21 and over, instead at the start of sexual activity (the way it is now), and every three years for girls 30 and over when we have an HPV epidemic in the U.S. The girls/women are the only ones being tested for HPV , the men don't have symptoms and aren't being tested. These new recommendations will make the spread of HPV even worse, and if a teenage girl develops cervical cancer from HPV she won't know it until she is tested at 21, if she lives that long. Now we know how Obama plans to pay for health care for all, he plans to reduce health care services for all!
