.Who is in the wrong here? Who could have improved the situation?

Couple is preparing to make love. Dog jumps on bed and walks over wife to sit next to her. Wife laughs in the middle of making out with husband because of dog's awkward timing.
He: Don't laugh.
She: Sorry I don't mean to its just that the dog... (She moves to push dog off bed.)
He: Well get her off the fucking bed.
She: I DID! (Because she did before he said that.)
He: God I hate when you raise your fucking voice it makes you sound like an ignorant bitch.
She: (Completely not in the mood now.) Forget it, just.. forget it. (She proceeds to leave the room.)
He: I knew this day was too good to be true. God forbid I have just one good day.
