What reasons can I give my roommate why having her boyfriend move in with us is a bad idea?

I am a 24 yr old male living with a 24 yr old female in a 2 bed room apartment. Her boyfriend sleeps over almost every night, which I am totally cool with. He is strapped for cash, and she wants to ask him to move in with us and pay a portion of our rent so he can save money. I can easily afford my rent, and don't really like the idea of a third roommate even though I like him. I don't want to appear unsympathtic, so I'd like to give her a really good reason why I don't think it is a good idea.
or maybe I should agree to it... I don't know, he's nice and I feel bad for him. But once I say yes, I can't change my mind.
oh... I forgot to explain... the reason it would save him money, is becaue he would move out of his current place.
