My friend needs a girl in his life.. He's 28, loves video games, House and Lady GaGa. How can I help?

He's not a drinker/smoker, so bars are out of the question. Not religious, so no church. I've tried taking him out to meet people I know, but there's just no mutual interest. His ideal mate would have the exact same interests as he does, but that's going to be a hard task to accomplish. He's not exactly the smoothest talker in the bunch, but he's a good looking kid.

What can I do to help him?
As far as I know, he's open to race/religion. And he's straight. (to answer a few questions)
