Does this girl sound like a slut to you?

I don't understand my "friend". It's like, she had a great boyfriend for 2 years, but cheated on him with 3 different guys. And ended up dating two of those guys after he dumped her (but he still wants her back). She's slim and attractive and has an outgoing personality, but she literally changes her mind every week about who she likes, (usually based on his looks and money) It's getting tiring because she wants to get with pretty much every guy in the whole damn universe including some of my friends that I have introduced to her at various parties and such. I don't want to be roped into what she does; "guy hopping" I call it and she deserts her friends the minute a guy comes calling, and it NEVER lasts. Does she sound like a genuinely slutty girl to you?

And yes, she does have daddy issues fyi. Her real dad is in prison and never contacts her, and her step-dad is an abusive drunk.
