College guy and HS chick?

I am currently a senior in college, however, i am dating a girl who is a senior in high school. Her high school and my college are in the exact same area, so i get to see her whenever i want. I just want to know what you guys think of this. I really like her, she really likes me, we have a great time together, and i just have an amazing time whenever i'm with her.
Well, trust me.. I've dated a bunch of different girls while in college.. girls that were juniors and seniors while i was a sophomore.. but for some reason these relationships always ended up failing. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and this chick is puerto rican, and will be in PR for winter break, as will i. I just can relate to her better cause we can both speak spanish to each other, and our cultures are more similar than american girls. And she is very mature for her age (although i like a girl who's a little random and wacky at times) and she can definitely hold her own in drinking
