Is my husband RIGHT or am I right in this situation?

My daughter had the day off from school. I came home from work and found my 8 year old daughter running around the house in a bathing suit. I asked her, what are you doing in a bathing suit honey? And she told me she was playing swimming pool. So I asked her what do you mean playing swimming pool honey? And she said she was pertending the jacuzzi was a swimming pool and she was jumping in and out. I ran to the bathroom to find the bathroom tiles SOAKED in water, looking like a flood happened. I asked my husband who was off all day and was supposed to watch her while I was at work, and he said he took a nap and didn't know she was playing in the jacuzzi.

My husband says its NOT his fault, but I think it IS his fault. Who leaves an 8 year old unattended???

he is saying it's not his fault because he was sleeping and had he been awake, he wouldn't have let her in the jacuzzi.
