My boyfriend of 2 and half years broke up with me and now?

Now I can barely eat or sleep. He is out having the time of his life, and due to a rough situation, I am staying at his mom's. (long story, don't wanna get into it) I'm so crushed, and have been feeling like dying. It frustrates me more knowing that he can just let go of our relationship like the past 2 and half years meant nothing to him. I know I should be out with people and doing things, but I tried to and the whole time I just wanted to go home. I don't know what to do with myself..
