We love each other but there is no romance. She criticizes me often. Argue all the time. What can be done?

Married for almost 9yrs. Daughter of almost 5yrs. We love our daughter dearly but the fact is that our marriage started taking a toll since we got her. Now we argue at even the smallest things and the romance is almost non-existent. We both have faults and want to improve our marriage. But lost as where and how to begin.
