Do we keep the new puppy?

My daughter purchased a yorki poo 8 weeks old and for 2 days was not eating. The owner of the pet shop said to take it to the animal hospital and now that she had to pay 1100 for the little pup she said we could either pick up the pup take it home and she can not pay any more vet cost... or she would take it and give us our money back. The vet said she had low sugar levels so they gave her meds until she began eating. The yorki poo's brother died but did not have the same problem. Xrays were taken, blood workup and all they found was that her level was low cause she wasn't eating. Do we keep the pup? Is there risk with getting any new puppy? HELP
