Should I just say shut up or what?

Ok There is a rule on the call center floor... no cursing... the F bomb is dropped so casually and so often you can barely see through the smoke and the smell is way out of control!
If they find out that you don't like the terminology they use.. then they use it even more... what ever happened to creativity in language!
