How Do I Get Rid Of A High Maintenance & Needy Friend
I have this friend, or should I say “hadâ€. I'm trying to cut ties with her but she just won't take no for an answer and getting agressive. It's starting to freak me out.
The friendship started out ok, but gradually she wanted to see me everyday, she texts me all day long, and if I say I can't see her because I'm busy she gets agro and starts getting nasty. She'll then start hangin the guilt trip on me, saying “I thought our friendship meant more than thatâ€. Etc
Everyday there is a new drama that she needs to discuss with me, to the point where I feel like I'm going insane.
If I don't answer my phone, she'll be at my door knocking for the next 10 minutes.
I told her yet again today that I'm breaking off the friendship, so now she's threatening to go and tell the neighbourhood a bunch of rumours about me. God, this is too childish for me, and I don't know how to get away from her.
What do I do ?
