What does a man want from his wife and/or girlfriend?

I work full time and do all the grocery shopping and cook the meals he likes, 3 or 4 nights a week. We have no children. I make sure the bills are paid on time. I shop for clothes for him. I do 80% of the laundry. I encourage him on his interests/hobbies. He works when he can due to an injury and he does help with household chores. He tells me, I don't give him what he wants. So what does a man want?
