What do I do when I still have feelings for my ex that's married?

My ex-boyfriend just got married 3 months ago. I've dated since we've been together (it's been 2 years) but the thing is he has always been the one. I can't get over him completely and I don't think I let other guys in enough to get over him.

My problem is he has emailed and called me a few times since he's been married. I want to soooo bad to pick up the phone or reply back. I don't think he's happy with his new wife.

What should I do? Should I just talk to him to see how it goes or should I just keep trying to get over him?
