My "boyfreind" and I have been dating 2 years, but he is married. Will he ever leave her?

We have been dating 2 years and lived together for 6 months but he still has not cut his ties with his "wife" he says they live in separate areas of the house and he cant stand her but he does not leave. He says he loves me but always goes home to her.
