Is this relationship going anywhere

I was looking for advise on my relationship. Well iv had my boyfriend for a couple of years and i love him hes perfect and we get along great but it seems things are not moving forward at all, im meaning he has never told me he loves me he dosent talk about marrage, im worried if i stay waiting for him i might miss out on something else, is there any sutle way without upsetting him to bring this up.
