If my boyfriend keeps pictures of his ex, does that mean he's not over her?

I probably have some old photos of exes as well, but he is creating a digital archive and has included several of her. They aren't event pictures, they are photos of just her, posing (although not nude, thank god. I made him throw those out.) In general, I think it's okay to keep some memories, but somehow deliberately archiving them stings. Am I right to feel weird?
